Return Policy

Finishline Productions, the owner/operator of is always concerned with our customers satisfaction. If you should ever feel that you have received a product that is flawed/damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date, and we will gladly replace your item (if in stock), or refund your purchase price.

We are a small company and can deal with our customers on a one-on-one individual basis, and we want you to purchase from us again in the future, therefore we are very flexible when it comes to returns/refunds.

International Limitations

Due to the high cost of shipping our products Internationally, there are NO returns, exchanges, or refunds on our products or shipping costs, We will gladly exchange, or replace a damaged item, if the purchaser pays all shipping fees. We carefully inspect, and test all products that we ship and insure that they work as described, and are free from defects. We pack all of our products in proper packing to insure undamaged delivery. However, due to the many exchanges in the shipping system, some unforseen events can occur and cause damage. In that event, Finishline Productions waives all responsibility for that damage.
